The Enablerz AI platform is available at https://enablerzai.com and includes all subdomains, applications, software, mobile applications, and other services owned, operated, or managed by Enablerz AI (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

Enablerz AI and each Coach, SME, Corporate, Individual, or Service Provider (collectively referred to as "Subscribers") who provide or avail services through the Platform care deeply about the confidentiality and security of user information.

  • interact with Subscribers,
  • interact with other users,
  • or otherwise access and use our Platform and services.

The Enablerz AI Platform is designed to enable experienced professional coaches to connect with organizations and individuals seeking personalized coaching, leadership development, wellbeing coaching, or group coaching programs.

The Enablerz AI ecosystem currently includes multiple products and services designed to deliver scalable coaching experiences:

ENA™ – an enterprise coaching platform that enables organizations to provide coaching through certified human coaches supported by digital infrastructure and intelligent tools.

MOAI™ – an AI-native coaching companion designed to provide scalable coaching guidance, reflection, and insights to individuals within organizations.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Enablerz AI Platform as a whole.

Certain Enablerz AI products or services may have additional product-specific privacy policies that provide more detailed information about how data is processed within those services. Where applicable, such policies should be read together with this Privacy Policy.

Your access to and use of the Platform is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Your information is received and controlled by Enablerz AI in accordance with this Privacy Policy when you:

  • create an account on the Platform,
  • provide or avail coaching services,
  • access coaching tools or digital services,
  • or otherwise interact with the Platform.

If you enroll in a service offered by a Subscriber through the Enablerz AI Platform, information about you and your participation in that service may also be accessed or controlled by that Subscriber as described in this Privacy Policy.

Each Subscriber is solely and independently responsible for its own privacy practices. No Subscriber is responsible for another Subscriber's privacy practices, and Enablerz AI is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of Subscribers.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, or choose not to provide certain information required to deliver the services available through the Platform, you may not be able to create an account or access certain products or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Enablerz AI Platform.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have obtained such permission where required.

Enablerz AI does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under the age of 13 has been collected through the Platform without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that Enablerz AI may have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 may contact us to request removal of such information.

Enablerz AI acts as the data controller for personal information collected and processed in connection with the use of the Enablerz AI Platform, except in cases where enterprise customers deploy the Platform for their employees, in which case the organization may act as the data controller for certain employee-related data.

Information You Provide Directly

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Create a user or subscriber account and set up your profile;

  • Register as a Coach or enroll as a Corporate or Individual seeking coaching services;

  • Schedule or participate in coaching sessions;

  • Participate in surveys, webinars, events, or other interactive experiences;

  • Request customer support or communicate with Enablerz AI.

Types of Information Collected

Depending on how you use the Platform and services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Enablerz AI does not store or receive full payment card numbers or sensitive authentication data.

Calendar Integration Data

If users choose to integrate third-party calendar services (such as Google Calendar) with the Platform, Enablerz AI may access limited calendar information necessary to manage coaching sessions, including:

  • Start and end time

  • Time zone

  • Event identifiers used for synchronization

Calendar access is used solely for scheduling and managing coaching sessions.

Third-Party Integration Information

Where you enable integrations with third-party services such as:

  • video conferencing tools,

  • authentication providers,

  • or other productivity tools,

the information shared with Enablerz AI depends on the permissions granted to that service.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Platform, certain information may be collected automatically through technical means.

Google Calendar Access & Integration

When a Coach chooses to connect their Google Calendar with the Enablerz AI Platform, we request explicit permission through Google's OAuth authorization process to access limited calendar data.

Data We Access

With your consent, we may access:

  • Event title, start time, end time, and timezone;
  • Event metadata required for scheduling or updating sessions;
  • Calendar identifiers needed for synchronization.

We do not access any data beyond what is required for session scheduling and synchronization.

Purpose of Access

We use this data only to:

  • Sync coaching sessions between Enablerz AI and your Google Calendar;
  • Automatically create, update, or cancel events when sessions are scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled;
  • Ensure accurate scheduling for Coaches and Coachees.

Consent and Control

  • Access is granted only after you approve it on Google's consent screen.
  • You can revoke access anytime through your Enablerz AI settings or your Google account permissions.
  • If access is revoked, calendar syncing will stop.

Compliance

Our use of Google Calendar data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and is limited strictly to the purposes described above.

How Your Information Is Used

Enablerz AI uses the information collected through the Platform for the following purposes:

Providing Services and Platform Access

To create and manage user accounts, enable access to the Platform, and deliver the coaching services, tools, and programs available through Enablerz AI.

Delivering Coaching Services

To facilitate coaching interactions between coaches, organizations, and individuals, including:

  • scheduling coaching sessions

  • managing coaching programs

  • enabling communication between coaches and participants

  • supporting coaching outcomes and progress tracking

AI-Assisted Coaching Features

To enable AI-powered features, including services such as MOAI, which may process user inputs and interactions in order to:

  • provide coaching guidance and reflections

  • generate insights and recommendations

  • improve the performance and safety of AI-assisted services

AI-generated responses are designed to assist users and do not replace professional human judgment.

Enterprise Program Management

For enterprise customers using ENA, information may be used to support organizational coaching programs, including:

  • program administration

  • user participation tracking

  • aggregated coaching insights and engagement analytics for organizations

Individual coaching conversations remain confidential unless voluntarily shared by users.

Customer Support

To investigate, respond to, and resolve support requests, user inquiries, or technical issues experienced while using the Platform.

Platform Improvement and Development

To improve the performance, reliability, usability, and functionality of the Platform and to develop new products, features, and services.

Research and Analytics

To analyze how users interact with the Platform, understand usage trends, and generate aggregated insights that help improve coaching experiences and platform design.

Communication

To communicate with users regarding:

  • account activity

  • session reminders

  • platform updates

  • service announcements

  • policy updates

Marketing Communications

Where permitted by applicable law, Enablerz AI may send information about new services, product updates, events, or promotional communications. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Security and Fraud Prevention

To monitor and maintain the security of the Platform, detect fraudulent activity, prevent misuse of services, and protect the rights and safety of Enablerz AI, Subscribers, and users.

How Your Information Is Shared

Enablerz AI does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary value.

We only share personal information in the limited circumstances described below and only where necessary to provide the services offered through the Platform.

With Subscribers for Service Delivery

When you participate in coaching services through the Platform, certain information may be shared with the relevant Subscribers (such as coaches, organizations, or program administrators) to enable delivery of those services.

This may include:

  • account information (such as name and email address)

  • coaching session participation details

  • program enrollment information

  • communications exchanged through the Platform

This sharing is necessary to enable coaching interactions and service delivery.

With Organizations Using the Platform

When ENA is used by an organization to provide coaching programs to employees, certain information may be shared with the organization administering the program.

  • aggregated coaching insights

Individual coaching conversations remain confidential unless users voluntarily choose to share them.

With Other Users
